When looking into the development potential of individual sites, we are able to identify constraints and opportunities to assist our clients' needs. We also assist with the sale and acquisition of development opportunities, which is facilitated by Hunter Page Estates (HPE).
HPE is a specialist Residential Land Agency advising landowners on the best method of disposing of sites with planning permission or potential for housing. Hunter Page Estates holds a data base of at least 200 development opportunities which is constantly updated. Sites only appear on this data base where we have a direct line of communication with the owner or connected parties. HPE is seen as an additional member of many land acquisition teams; or in some cases we act as the land department for smaller clients.
