  1. Former Railway Yard, Lechlade - Private Landowner
    This project involved close consultation with the local community to secure a key mixed use development of residential properties, purpose built commercial space and live/work units.
  2. Westonbirt Walled Garden - Edward Blake Ltd

    This development involved achieving planning permission for four new residential dwellings within Westonbirt Schools Western Walled Garden and Gardeners workshop area.
  3. Chelmsley Wood - Persimmon
    This development entailed the major redevelopment of the Chelsley Wood college campus in Solihull to create 166 new dwellings in the Green Belt.
  4. New Mills, Wotton-under-Edge, Renishaw - Renishaw

    This proposal involved securing planning permission for Renishaw’s new company headquarters which comprises 20,000m2 of new B1, B2 and B8 floorspace.
  5. Grovefield Way, Cheltenham - Industrial Sales Ltd
    This site lies within the Cheltenham and Gloucester Green Belt and its future development has been secured through the successful promotion of the land during the latest review of the Cheltenham Local Plan.
  6. Former Lucent Technologies – The Minton Group
    This case included the redevelopment of a brownfield site outside the settlement boundary of a Wiltshire Market Town to create one of the Country’s most significant Live/Work developments.
  7. New Barn Lane, Cheltenham - Private Land Owner
    A well established car body shop operation in a residential area needed to relocate and improve the quality of premises in a short time scale.
