We advise on matters relating to retail and leisure related developments, the application of the sequential approach and impact on town centres. We have a particular understanding of the application of retail and leisure planning policy, as set out in the new PPS 6, and are conversant with the latest trends in this sector. We undertake Retail Assessments, Sequential Site Analysis, Town Centre Viability Appraisals and all other relevant research required to achieve a retail or leisure permission.
