Paul started working in planning in 1989 and has considerable experience of working in the development industry in both the public and private sectors. Paul started his planning career in local government before progressing into the private sector where he has worked for Broadway Malayan and Oldfield King before establishing Hunter Page in 1993. Paul has comprehensive experience in dealing with a variety of planning projects for major commercial developers, house builders and national PLCs. Paul specialises in appeal work and acts frequently as an expert witness at Planning Inquires in respect of various development schemes. Outside work Paul is a keen cyclist.

Mark Chadwick BA (Hons), Dip TP, MRTPI Director
Mark has over 15 years experience of planning and development projects both in the private and public sector. He undertakes a range of consultancy tasks providing town planning services to private and public sector clients. While having a detailed working knowledge of the development control system, Mark's specialist background is urban growth areas, planning policy frameworks and strategic and regional planning. Mark also provides expert planning witness services.

Giles Brockbank Dip TP, MRTPI Director
Giles commenced his planning career in 1998 and has dealt with a diverse variety of planning and development projects. He worked in both the Development Control and Forward Planning sections at Cotswold District Council before joining Hunter Page in 2001. He provides town planning advice to a range of clients concerning residential, commercial, mixed use, conservation, recreation, retail and telecommunications development. Within these fields he has dealt with a wide range of planning schemes and appeal work representing both Local Authorities and private clients at Informal Hearings and Public Inquiries. Giles specialises in conservation and listed building related projects, regeneration, residential and mixed use developments.

Guy started his career working briefly in local government before moving to Hunter Page where he has now been employed since 1999. Anne Pawsey Senior Planner
Anne commenced her planning career in 1991 and has dealt with a wide variety of planning and development projects. Prior to joining the Hunter Page Planning team 3 years ago, Anne has worked in both the local government and the private sector. Anne has considerable experience of preparing and submitting proposals, and guiding them through planning application process. She has also had considerable experience in the appeal process, successfully obtaining planning permission for a number of schemes via the various methods of appeal. Further work includes the promotion of land through the Local Plan process. Anne's expertise lies with issues regarding conservation and barn conversions.
Anne is a keen runner and has recently completed the London Marathon.

Victoria Trotman, BA (Hons), MTP, Senior Planner
Victoria has been involved in planning since 2002 and has experience relating to a full range of land use issues including office, residential, leisure and mixed use schemes for a variety of clients. She has extensive experience in the preparation of planning appraisals; submission, management and negotiation of planning applications; submission of appeals; and submission of local plan representations in respect of site specific and policy issues. Prior to joining Hunter Page, Victoria worked in Forward Planning at North Wiltshire District Council, and in both Planning Policy and Development Control at South Gloucestershire Council.

Conor Flanagan BSc (Hons), PG Dip, Planner
Conor has been with Hunter Page since September 2004 playing an important supporting role to Paul Fong, Mark Chadwick and Jamie Lewis. Conor's educational background is in Real Estate and Planning, having studied both at the University of the West of England. Conor also has knowledge of the Irish Planning system and has recently been involved in our first projects in the Republic of Ireland. Away from the office Conor is a keen rugby player.

James Hartley, BA (Hons)
James joined Hunter Page in August 2006 having worked in the private sector since 2002. He has dealt with a number of commercial clients in all aspects of the planning process from initial enquiries and site appraisals through to planning applications and appeals. He is currently working towards attaining his Masters Degree in Town and Country Planning.
In his spare time he enjoys skiing and snow boarding and playing the guitar.

Steven Arnold, Senior Technician
Steve has 18 years experience working in the graphic design and technical
illustration industry. Working for such organisatons as Smiths Industries,
Caradon Mira, McVities and Endsleigh Insurance. His graphic design, illustration
and digital airbrushing skills make him an ideal figure to head up our
technical team. Steve produces our Site Plan graphics, 3D illustrations
and takes care of our Corporate Identity.

Robert Dalton-Morris, Managing Director Hunter Page Estates
Robert started as a residential land agent for Halifax Property Services in 1988 with subsequent roles at GVA Grimley and Hamptons International. Hunter Page Estates was formed in late 2004 to draw on Robert's nationwide experience of selling and acquiring land for clients with a particular knowledge of the M4 and M5 corridor centres. In the first full 12 months of trading Hunter Page Estates placed approximately £45m on behalf of clients amounting to some 1000 housing plots with the major deals located in Bristol, Cheltenham, Witney and Nottinghamshire.
