HPP has been successful in securing planning permission on appeal for the erection of 24 houses at Marlbank Road, Welland, Worcestershire.
Planning permission has been secured for the erection of 106 dwellings, together with access, parking and public open space at Charfield, South Glos. Ben Read of Hunter Page Planning, who heads the team at the Swindon office, provided evidence at the Public Inquiry regarding land supply on behalf of Gladman Developments Ltd. The main issue for consideration at the appeal related to Housing Land Supply. The Inspector agreed with Mr Read?s evidence which was that taking account of the 5 year housing requirement, there was a shortfall in the number of dwellings and therefore South Gloucestershire Council could not demonstrate a five year housing supply of deliverable sites.
